1. Cannot build muscles and lose fat simultaneously
yes muscle building and fat losing both are different protocols, we cant do it together, only pro athletes can do this with the help of some assistance(steroids), they can build muscle more faster than others, in some exceptional case there is way to do so, if you are a skinny fat people you can have an advantage of building muscle and losing fat simultaneously, usually the skinny fat peoples are with very little muscle mass and huge fat mass. if you are comes under this exceptional category, I recommended you to shredded first, take this advantage. then bulk
2. Whey proteins are not mandatory
where ever you go to the gym there will be a colored boxes racked inside the showcase, in common term it called as fitness supplements, supplements are not steroids, they are alternate way for consuming proteins, if you can able to full fill your protein needs by food itself, then whey proteins are really not matters.
3. Gaining more weight faster doesn't mean gaining more muscles
if you try to gain much faster than your body able to do, then you end up with lot of unhealthy fat gains.
gaining muscles and gaining weights both are different, try to gain 2kg per month a slow gains helps to build more muscles without fat, take 5 to 6 months extended period to do so. and faster bulking causes permanent stretch marks.
4. There is no timing for meal consumption
meal frequency and meal timing is depends on individual choice, everybody has different lifestyles. so they have to plan their meals according to their convenient time, there is no perfect timing for meal consumption, you can have 3 to 6 meals per day, and give at least 2 hours gap between each meals, don't try to eat entire meals in single sitting.
5. clean eating wont gain more muscles without fat
most people have this thought, your body see food as just calories it wont further classify weather its healthy or not, at the end of the day your total consumption calories does matter. if you crossed your limits then those calories may turned to fats.
6. Don't believe gym bros myth
many beginners have this problems, they wont listen single person, they wanna quick up their results so they used to ask suggestions among many athletes. every human bodies are different, if something works for someone we cant sure it works for you too, so don't grow as someone, grow as yourself. trust your tutor.
7. Fat cannot turn into muscles
fat cells and muscle fibers are different, we cant transform one medium to another. if you wanna lose fat then do it first. after get into muscle building process, you cant simply transform your fat cells into muscle fibers
8. Post workout shakes are not mandatory
after your heavy intensity training, muscle fibers are tend to broke. so they should recover to build muscles for that we need a proteins, you can see may athletes after their training they used to sip protein shakes, actually you need proteins not a shakes, I recommended to take meal within one hour after your training. in the mixture of proteins and carbohydrates
9. Body part splits are not ideal
if you are a beginner , I recommended to do body part splits for 6 to 8 weeks. don't take it as ideal. as a beginner it helps to learn the workout patterns but at some point it remains constant. you cant see any further body developments, its time for transmission. there are many training splits available in internets. the best is push/pull/legs and full body splits.
10. Never been satisfied
yes, we wont satisfied with our gains, we tend to induced do more gains, we always wanna look huge and muscular, but remember everything has its limits. don't try to push your body beyond the limits so try to fix your mindset be satisfied with your gains.
