Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced/Freshers and dedicated Store Manager to lead our supplement store team and drive the store's overall success. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store's efficient operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving sales and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates.
Set clear expectations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-performance levels.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
Ensure that customers receive expert advice and personalized recommendations.
Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Inventory Management:
Oversee product ordering, receiving, and stocking.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages.
Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
Sales and Performance:
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Promote sales promotions, events, and upselling of products.
Store Operations:
Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage cash handling, opening, and closing procedures.
Visual Merchandising:
Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and promote featured products.
Keep the store layout aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product information.
Train staff on product knowledge and supplements' benefits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience/Fresher in a retail management role, preferably in a supplement store or related industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Any degree preferable / more Preference to BBA/MBA candidates.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of dietary supplements, vitamins, and wellness products is a plus.
Proficient in inventory management and basic financial analysis.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
