Online training this could be the most used words by many Instagram fitness influencers in recent days. surprisingly this is not a new era it were done by few athletes in past decades itself, but it boomed only after the pandemic. we know pandemic crisis the human life but it also realized the value of soul and value of unity. however this brings the dramatic changes in people life. yes after the pandemic people start concern their health, they changing the life style, food habits everything to fight against pandemic. before pandemic except few no one one concern their health but it become downwards now. fitness is not for just self defense. it is a lifestyle. we cant take the shield once the war ends. fitness is a life style. you must defense yourself for the entire life. the choice of right nutrition, training and coach should consider in part. there are plenty of random coaches on social media and you literally had confusion on choice of making good coach. okay this blog is not an about choosing a good coach. but still I will give some lead to choose a good coach. first thing check his certification levels. these following two certifications must.
